Alright, folks, so Strategy Inc is out here drop-kicking a new thing called $STRE into the world. It’s their first euro-denominated perpetual preferred stock — which basically means, yeah, you’re stuck with it forever, and it’s in Europe, so try not to get your euros mixed up with your Starbucks. They’re selling 3.5 million shares at €100. That’s right, a hundred euros for a piece of the pie. And get this — it pays a nice little 10% annual dividend, quarterly starting December 31, 2025. Because who wouldn’t want a quarterly payout? It’s like a little financial pat on the back every three months. 
The money they raise? Oh, just some fancy stuff: general business stuff, tossing some coins into buying Bitcoin and keeping the lights on. Makes you wonder if they’re just trying to buy the whole Bitcoin island, huh? Anyway, this is all part of their grand scheme to beef up their Bitcoin stash and look like financial geniuses. Or at least, that’s the plan. It’s like playing Monopoly but with real money, only the houses are in euros and the hotels are Bitcoin. 🏦💰
